Builder Model- ($8,000-$10,000)
Cabs are chopped and channeled to your specific size and needs. Availability may limit years and models, see list for what years and model of trucks are in stock. We use 1936 to 1942 truck cabs because all the models (Chevy, Ford, and Mopar) are approximately the same size and will fit our standardized chassis. Beds are also subject to availability. Beds seem to be more elusive than the truck cabs due to the fact that a lot of our truck cabs come off of 2 and ½ ton chassis. We do have fabricated beds available although this is a little too nice for a rat rod, it might be what we have to do when stock runs out. We can strategically place real bullet holes anywhere! All build models come with Steering and Stopping, Doors that latch, Motor Mounts, and Transmission Mounts are also included (small block Chevy). Hot Rodder Model- ($15,000-$18,000)This model is meant for driving. Comes with crate motor, rebuilt transmission, new 3 core high efficiency radiator, lights in vintage headlight buckets until stock runs out, then we will use new buckets. H4 headlights and 1930 repro taillights are used bench seat or buckets to your specification however interior is up to you to take to an Upholsterer. We do no interior stuff other than bolting used seats in. We also install fuel cell that sit underneath the bed and behind the rear end. Custom exhaust that sits between outside of frame and body and exits the rear of cab. Flat black paint tops it off. Every one the these trucks are on standardized chassis, but they are also built on individual basis and are all very different and one of a kind. Some cabs come with fold out front window, some are straighter than others, we smooth the chop out and put new floors in them, but the vintage look is still there. No perfectly straight body ready for paint. We have detailed pictures of cabs and their shape so you know what you're getting. Extra StuffYou can order a flame job or scallops and different
color of flat or satin paint job, door logo, etc. |
